"happy burfday to wy-att"

The rain on Sunday couldn't put a damper on these birthday festivities. We went straight-up wisconsin style and had tables/chairs in the garage and made it outside between the raindrops. Wyatt was a VERY lucky boy with visitors from both Cleveland and Cincy - and of course they came bearing lots of trucks and books. Overall I'm pretty sure it was one of the best days of his little 2 years.

He totally didn't know it was his cake before we sliced him a piece. I'm pretty sure cake decorating is not in my future - good thing 2 year olds aren't too discriminating :)

Krohn Butterflies

On our way back thru cincy the other weekend we stopped to see the butterflies at Krohn.

We had such a great time in Lexington this past weekend - the morning workout for the horses was awesome to watch. I've never been to Keeneland otherwise but it's SO nice when no one is there in the morning and you can just wander around and get so close to everything.

Wyatt went to his first baseball game yesterday and had a blast with the Dillon fam. It was a beautiful day and perfect for a day at the ballpark. Wyatt and I only lasted about an hour (it was a 1:05 start) - but as you can see it was a great hour.
